Review of The Month
I am writing this letter in response to a request from Mr. Delcampo regarding our experience with Green NRG, Inc and it’s staff. Your company has fulfilled a dream that my husband has had every since we relocated to South Carolina.
The first question asked was: “How was the installation? Were they nice, neat and professional? Your team of installers were very professional, kind and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves and left no debris .
Question #2-How was your experience with our office staff? Each time we called the office, your staff was very helpful and took the time to explain the delays that we encountered during the process.
Question #3-What would you rate us out of 5 stars? We give you 5+.
Question #4-Is it okay to put you down as a reference for future/potential customers? YES.
But before I finish, I would like to take this time to express my overwhelming appreciation to Hector. From the first moment of introductions, Hector made us feel comfortable and reassured that this project would be a success!! He never allowed the many set-backs from Fairfield Electric Cooperative nor Fairfield County to hinder us from reaching our goal. We don’t think of Hector as a salesman, but rather a new family friend. Thank you Hector for your thoughtfulness when I lost my only sister on February 1st .
